Pros
Gives an accurate temp reading for my griddle. Sturdy thermometer, quick delivery. Excellent thermometer,. Accuracy and durability.
Great accessory to have. Just plain works. Super good quality. Super product, nothing else.
Cons
This product is s certified piece of junk! Hasn't worked since. It's gradually slowing down and barely moving.
The griddle thermometer is totally inaccurate. The gauge is about 100 degrees off. It now reads 300° f when cold.

Gage sits on the grate you can move it around to find the hot or cool spots because all food cooks at diferent temps
Havent done any baking yet but expect it to work just fine based on my hubbys use
