I have now ordered a second camera which has been delivered and i was able to change the datetime without a problemafter more correspondence they finally sent me a file so that i could change the datetime
For the price this is an excellent camera
1080p i use 720p because the pictures are still excellent and the 1 button control works well
When ordering i would suggest that you ask them to send to you the txt datetime file
