High quality cooking pan exactly as described
I now take pride in the quality of my cooking not so much the way cookware looks in my kitchen
Heat distribution is good very good build quality but its a bit heavy
Price
I like that the price is much lower then the leading competitor
For the price you cant beat this
Competitiveness
For less than 110th the cost of a saladmaster pan it is an excellent value
I have saladmaster cookware but didnt want to spend the money for use in our rv
All of my circulon pans have been replaced by these
I dislike that this is a product that was not made in the usa

This pan has been a constant companion throughout every stage of my journey from a bumbling amateur to a competent chef and looking at all the cakedon burntin grease caught between the heatisolating y of the handle i could close my eyes and remember zealously scrubbing it after every use trying to maintain its flawless beauty and eventually coming to accept that the best cookware in my kitchen is not the ones with the mirrorlike finish but the ones worn and scuffed

Good construction not a thin pan

The handle on the lid is not just a round knob with a single screw in it that keeps coming out every time you try to wash by hand

Using the pan for chicken cutlets fish fillets pork chops and various vegetable dishes with finishing in a 450° oven and caution not to burn anything the pan never had anything stick on beyond hot water and a rag cleaning

Some old crappy pans ive had have had the handle literally fall off during use theres no way that is even possible with these pans due to the handle being riveted on not screwed
