Pros

I have als and found it to be helpful in diet and informational. I flatly disagree with another reviewer that it is harmful and needs clinical testing.

Right now they are all a jumble up in my head where they make more sense. Very enlightening and helpful. Excellent well-researched information.

Cons

You make no reference to the ubiquitous painful muscle spasms and constipation caused by als - does your diet help that? You criticize the fda and clinical trials but where is the proof that your diet conquers als?
