Meets all my expectations. Works great--solid construction. Working outdoor as of right now in cold wet temperatures.

Bought this to use with my tesla gen 2 mobile charger with the 10-30 adapter. Female end is quite large for a 240v plug so being able to remove and only run wires made installation much simpler and allowed for cleanly cut holes through drywall.

Pricey indeed, but really good quality. Sturdy, a little bulky but well made. Durable, and no significant heat discharge when charging.
