I originally had cancelled this after it shipped, it looked like it would arrive to late and i had a 12 bit available.

I realized that the 12 bit was very dull and as it turned out it was also 2 too short.

Bought this to replace a bit for a hand held core drill after we broke one tooth on the one i borrowed , this one was a little smaller diameter but drilled thru the last 4 holes - 8thick concrete with rebar holes like like butter, better quality than the one we broke

After 21 feet of drilling bit had very little wear.

Bought another brand of mason bit with no better results.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

When it came in, i finished the first hole and the other three holes in less than an hour.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

All i needed, using the mason bit, was only to make a shallow indentation and the core bit never walked.

I did have to also purchase a toolcity ad1112 concrete core bit adapter, so i could use my 1/2 hammer drill (which was an dewalt 18volt battery operated drill, not a plug in electric).
