Works as written and as it drains down, it cleans the drain tube. Do not hesitate to purchase this product, it works great!

I sprayed it down one more time with the cleaner and let it sit again

I sprayed the whole unit down both outside of coils and inners surface of coils and let it site for about 10 minutes then hosed it off

Just spray it on and use a soft brush to rub it in
