Pros

Easy to assemble. Just need 1 bolt. If you put it together the right way and use the proper ranch, the bench is super sturdy. All the various nuts and bolts were clearly labeled and easy to access.

Just replaced it after 5 years. Great value and multi-use. If have to say for the price of a 100 dollar bill this would be the best bench you can buy off amazon.

Cons

Very cheap bendy weight bench. Its wobbly and badly made. My problem is that you can not adjust the height of the leg lift. It comes to halfway up my shin instead of being at my ankle.

Very sturdy although it does wobble a little due to the amount of weight i put on it

Easy to assemble looks nice and feels very stable

I cant yet speak to the longterm sturdiness of this unit but my initial impressions are very favorable

After assembly there is zero flex no gaps in joints the bench is as solid as a rock

Price

For a 99 dollar bench press it worth every penny

Great for what it is an inexpensive bench

Overall i think that this is a great value but might not be for you if you are lifting lots of weight

Packaging/appearance

The package was undamaged and all the parts and pieces were included

The box arrived in great shape and all of the parts were adequately paddedpackaged to withstand normal shipping conditions
