Pros
This frying pan takes up a good portion of the cooktop. It holds the heat, no real hot spots though. This is a conveniently small but effective cast iron pan.
This pan is heavier that the old griswold cast iron pan of the same size. It's smaller than i thought but totally works. Cast iron lid, l3sc3, fits perfectly.
Cons
Was looking forward to my own personalize mini pan. It smells like toxic chemicals. I'm afraid i’m going to poison someone if used.
It has a hot spot that covers 1/3 of the bottom just in front of the handle. It makes it virtually impossible to cook anything evenly unless it can be constantly stirred. It is also apparently super susceptible to rust. I have no idea what it’s coated... Read More
