Pros & Cons
Pros
The stove heats the entire 2400 sq. House in less than an hour. It takes time to learn which temp settings and pellets work best for your desired heat output.
The stove is heavy and takes a minimum of 2 people to move. We have not had to replace or fix anything yet. The parts are reasonable and cheap.
Bought the stove feb 2015 and couldn't be happier. No regrets with this purchase. I honestly can say the comfortbilt stove is the best.
Wifey is very happy with it, simple one button startup and shut down. Neat timer/programmer. Easy to maintain.
The stove is well made, >95% efficient when well maintained. Cleaning is super simple and the ash tray is large enough that it only needs to be emptied 1 or 2 times a month. The glass front stays pretty clean a lot longer than other stoves we have ... Read More
Cons
The door in the top is so small i end up spilling pellets all over the floor. Don't buy this stove. Buy a new englander. Screw the consumer.
Highlights
Quality
I am impressed with the quality of the hp22
The quality of the stove is outstanding
Word of caution stick with good quality hardwood pellets
I dont see people working for quality i see people wanting fast cash willing to produce mediocrity
Price
We purchased it last summer as it was offered at a very good price

Packaging/appearance
Packaging something that size and weight such that nothing breaks is im sure not trivial
The only negative was the instruction booklet
Both of these were as i took it out of the box
It is so quiet you will hear the pellets dropping into the burn pot well above any noise made by the blower
Competitiveness
I got around this issue by installing a cyberpower 1500w pure sine wave computer ups inline with stove power
So i feel like i moved from a 1972 vw bug to a 2016 mercedes
