Overall they are boxers there is nothing particularly special you could do with the base design like you could do with boxer briefs my preference for daily wear

I live in the tropics most of my life i wore regular cotton boxers like normal people in normal lands but now that i moved to a humid tropical island my scrotum anus and member have been suffering most unpleasantly i walk around with chafing and completely wet cotton underwear which is very uncomfortable and distracting
