Pros
The gel pack is removable and stays fairly flexible after being frozen. The thick mesh is plenty protection for it not to burn your skin. This ice pack is foldable, and fits easily in your freezer.
The sleeve has velcro straps for a more secure fit, but i don’t even bother with that, as the ice pack is large enough cover my entire shoulder (front and back) and conforms to it easily. Extra strap length is 21.
Cold water pack and ice bucket. Worked really well after my work out at gym. Reviewer who said model wearing it wrong bse it's not to be used on the skin is wrong.
Considering a third purchase just to have a backup. Theses are an excellent products. My only regret is that it took me so long to find this product. Would highly recommend.
Cons
Only holds the heat for 2 - 3 minutes. Most heat stays at the top or the bottom and no matter how much you knead it the middle doesn't really get hot. It’s in a drawer.

This was so worth every penny plus the way its made you can use it on other areas on your body for injury
This is an amazing product especially for the price
It offered two treatment methods in one and was less than half the price of the electric ones
We saw a few online that were more fitted for the shoulder and were in the 40 price range because they were electric

Filling the bucket with ice wrapping yourself in that velcro madness of an ice pack contraption and then hooking the bucket to the ice pack is a royal pain in the butt

When it’s time to ice it still remains flexible while remaining extremely cold and slips easily into the provided fabric sleeve which protects your skin and the furniture you sit on
