Still happy with the product for the price
This product works so well it is just outstanding
We get very hot summers but generally speaking not as humid as some places so my experiences with the product might be different
I noticed some reviews say celsius this isnt the case with the unit i purchased

Cools a 500 square foot room with ease and while not exactly quiet it is quieter than other models i have had
There a littlebit of a hum but not bad

Remote only works in the direct line of sensor so we don’t even use it

Only issue is the hose and connections are not as good quality as the rest of the unit and keepseparating from the connections

Two months after the purchase the unit became defective but linda at the customer service department did a spectacular job in fixing the issue

If you have any problems with it contact customer support and they will not leave you unsatisfied

The only thing i don’t like is you can’t see what the temp is on remote you actually have to go to the base to see what you have it set to
