Pros
It contains ionic and oxidative surfactants, meaning it clings to the hair and removes the lightest oxidative color. Works really well to get rid of previous color pigment. Helps with hard water stains also. The blonde is blonder again.
Color oops is a great hair remover. Shampooed and deep conditioned again - never looking in the mirror.
Hair is soft enough to run my fingers through. My hair feels so much better and healthier. It makes hair more manageable and softer.
Cons
After washing my hair with shampoo several times and conditioner my hair stunk still. It's like i dumped bleach on sections of my head.
