Ive been diagnosed with chondromalcia softening of cartiliage in my right knee and am due an mri scani first heard about collagen powder from a friend who had suggested that the powder is brilliant for jointsabout 2 weeks ago i would have fairly consistent pain as i was walking going updown stairs even crawling around with my 13 month soni was fed up so i looked into a solution and i came across this productive used it for about a week and am already seeing a differencethe pain is still there especially when i bend my knee but for walking the pain has practically gonei still get some grinding feeling whilst walking but again its not as bad as it used to bein a nutshell this product works and i would recommend this to anyone suffering from chondromalcia or any cartiliage type issueswill be ordering some more very soon  Read Less
