I know it sounds silly, but i am getting a little teary eyed as i type this. Sustained energy throughout the day, no peaks and valleys. Definitely recommend. Great quality.

The dr. Although i never had a problem with irregularity it definitely makes you regular.

It curbs my appetite and it helps with my sweet tooth. Really suppresses my appetite after about 3 weeks on it, so it works for me.

Cons

"i think the whole miracle pill hoopla is nothing more than a scam" takes 20-ish minutes before you eat to make you full. Took it as directed but didn't do anything. Made me sick every time i took this. Costs $39.
