Pros

Came in a very nice box packaged well. No spills either. Didn't come damaged, dented, chipped, etc. The mugs are fine in the dishwasher as well.

Keeps drinks cold for much longer than even advertised. It keeps it nice and cold the whole day despite my air conditioning being out. It’s insane how long this can keep ice intact.

My husband loves his new coffee tumbler 24 oz. Excellent value for the price in my opinion. It's a quality cup. Hey it get the job done.

Cons

With the lid on, it's 12oz, so not great. Lid itself is slightly smaller in diameter than the mug. The purple color is not same as picture.
