I have used this cooler for many years now and i think its design and quality are excellent
Had problems with the hinges early on but just tapped in a small stainless screw in both of them and problem solved
Nice basic cooler weve had one just like it for 10 years and although its not the best on the market for the price it does what it says

And this was a really good price

Lid doesnt seem like it would hold a 250lb person but havent tried yet
Then i got the coleman 28qt marine and now it holds 20 12oz bottles of water and only has to be filled with ice once per day

Good quality overall the hinges arent very secure though they are glued on and if the lid catches air it will rip right off

Had it in the boat on the mississippi two weeks ago in 90 degree heat and it still kept ice for over 24 hours
