Her hands are petite and mine are big-guy working hands. They are big enough to hold a small tin of dean and deluca peppercorns. Very pleased, easy to use and fill.

One grinder is pleasing to use and one is irritating to touch. The grinder leaves chunks or unground bits. This one feels flimsy and the grinding action is awkward.

It leaks some of the salt onto the counter where it sits. Then, it cakes up with sea salt with each use and that must be dislodged with a knife. They just spin the salt and pepper and dump it on the food.
