This machine allows you to use both tea bags and loose tea and you can also do infusions i like my tea plain so havent tried this

First the water reservoir is small

This is a tall appliance that may not fit under your kitchen cupboards

Then if you want to use ice fill the pitcher to the ice fill line and slide the pitcher in place
