Washes easily and yep it dont rust sometimes you get the its stainless steel and then an hour later there is rust popping up

Additionally it comes with plastic over the blade which can be quite difficult to remove due to the protector

Most pizza cutters in this price range have the handle on one side with the rivet extending off and holding the blade and the rivet eventually fails because it isnt supported on both sides
