For the estimated possible unique 3. We prefer cooperative games so this is fantastic. Played this with work colleagues on a residential.
Codenames involves providing your team member with a one word clue which relates to some of the words on the cards. Each team has their own cards to guess but could end up guessing the opponents cards so helping them.
It provides you an instruction video as well as instruction manual.
Good for kids and adults - the kids usually win! Challenging, but fun. Good quality material, great fun. Will give you a fun time.

Not great for 10year olds as suggested probably need to be a couple of years older to really play

For example if you needed to identify the words tyre and mirror you might use the clue car
