Pros
The floral scent is very noticable, but not overwhelming. It's a light scent that is not too pungent which we really appreciate. The look is well made, modern, and elegant. The scent is just fine.
The petals of the rose feels velvety. Sitting in a small pale pink pitcher and alongside this pink rose diffuser; they make quite a smashing combo.
Cons
Looks and smells great however will not be purchasing again for this price point. Fragrance is nice if you smell the sticks up close, but diffuser does not "diffuse" at all.

The intent was so that it can be smelled only at my desk but you can smell it very very faintly throughout the office if you pay attention and know what youre smelling for my office is about 600800sqft

Youre supposed to flip the reeds every 2 days but i dont and i still smell the fragrance

Ive had it for about two weeks and the oil is about halfway depleted so im guessing each one will last a month
