Pros
I'm able to take 2 full pint glasses and set them in the tray without it even budging. It is sturdy and very thoughtfully engineered. I use this as my utensil holder when cooking.
Solidly built, strong magnets. I just wish that it had a stronger magnet. The magnets even have a plastic insulator so they don't scratch paint.
Cons
The magnet pockets are glued on crooked. The glue is squeezed out across the back in a sloppy fashion. One magnet isn't even level.
