Pros & Cons
Pros
These are so great that i showed my coworkers and they inmediately had me order them some. They are easy to remove and use and at a great price. Pencil holds a nice point.
These pencils are the only ones i use now for drawing mandala patterns on black painted canvasses/stones. They are useful in sewing. They help make sewing a breeze.
Includes white, pink, & blue pencils. White is perfect for any darker fabrics you may have. The pink and blue also work on white or lighter colors.
Cons
The chalk in the pencils is very hard. It's taken both packs to mark one quilt. The markers are somewhat visible on the fabric in good condition, but don't really work for the worn-out part that i need to do lines for my sashiko mending project.
These aren't as water soluble as the clover chacopy tracing paper. Now they want me to make a paste of baking soda and brush that on!
I bough 2 sets of these and both sets keep breaking off below the sharpening line. The leads break over and over again, as others have mentioned. They break while sharpening, down inside the wood - used a whole pencil marking just a few pieces. Sharpe... Read More

Be careful when you sharpen them do it slowly or it breaks off

The only problem with them is the lead wax whatever it is is very soft so the marking compound breaks or crumbles very easily especially the pink

I hate chalk which doesnt even mark half the time and the other half it rubs off before you can even get to the work of cutting or darting etc
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The majority of the marks are easily removed by erasing the fabric with a piece of batting
