In both of the balls are beads that move inside creating movement vibrations when you are wearing them

The design is pretty cool there are two colored hearts mine are purple on each ball the rest is a soft white silicone material

But on the other hand at least it is not a piece of string like a tampon like other models have which is not very hygienic
