The shipping box was fine but hanger box inside was open along the seam and on one hanger the hook was cracked right off with a piece of the blue velvet still attached

Seems like it was shipped like that since the shipping box was undamaged

Only note is my daughter has to do everything herself these days and she was putting the hangers on and off the rail when they got tangled and one broke so they do break but when subjected to a toddler but so would a plastic one

I also like that save for a couple of small zip ties they came in no extra plastic just a printed cardboard box

The hook doesnt rotate i actually broke a hanger trying to turn the hook
