Soft enough so they dont scratch your lenses but i will be keeping a close eye to make sure they dont wear out thus scratching your lenses

I also got a different brand that looks similar but flips up and while they work equally well the larger clipflip mechanism across the bridge necessary for the lenses to be able to flip makes them look a lot more obvious

The clip is also very thin so people with larger fingers may have trouble

These clip on pretty well to my glasses but they will over the course of wearing them slowly start to slide upward exposing the bottom part of your actual lenses
