Pros

This clip on mirror is sturdy and just clips to the monitor stand. They are sturdy and hold their position very well- they don't slowly fall or lean or work their way off the place where they are clipped.

My back is to the door and my office receives plenty of traffic. I like that i can see everyone who enters the room. I have it on my cubicle at work so people can't come up behind me and scare me.

Cons

The clamp is too wide for most of the flat surfaces on my monitors to attach to. The flexible cable the mirror is attached to is too short to clear the top of the monitor.
