Pros
The pads are very comfortable. They fit snuggly around the ears.
It protects your ears and my child loves them! I'm a night owl and they are resurfacing my apartment building. For me it's the best compromise between being able to hear what i'm after and protecting my hearing.

Cons
Clear armor ear muffs fail miserably. Nrr rating of 26 is not high spec, it's run of the mill. They show 3 sides of the box in different photos in the product description and one those pictures all showing > 30 nrr for these earmuffs.
These are so small & not adjustable. Very difficult to adjust. Not very comfortable.
