Company is super attentive and courteous. The quality is so durable yet elegant. Love this bowl, lightweight, not easily breakable like ceramic.
The new lid fits perfectly! It holds at least 2 lbs of macaroni & 5lb bag mashed potatoes plus such easy clean up. This is a great bowl that settles both issues plus it is the perfect size.
Great bowl with cutting board/cover and serving utensils. No red stains from sauce. Lid doubles as a cutting board (be sure to turn upside down so the top stays nice) the salad spoon and folk are great as well.

Had issue with original order and their customer service department immediately replaced unit

The top is bamboo which does not hold up well as a cutting board so i will use just as a lid or to set the bowl on
