It's a bit thicker and stiffer than i expected. Comes with a backing that's peeled off so it's really easy to work with.

It was the perfect width for our sill. The window is 7' across with a low wooden sill. It can be cut with scissors to the size needed and put in place.

Cons

The adhesive is *. It bubbles up and has peeled some of the paint off. Difficult to install on a window ledge.

Buyer beware. Would not buy this again. Do not waste your money on this.

Doesnt stick well to surfaces that are not flat such as moldings or window sills
