Good product and relatively fast but the claim of reaching 100 of test temperature in under four seconds is misleading as it takes closer to twice that to reach stable temperature readings when going from room temperature to cooked meat temperature

Noticed that things like chicken breast and small joints are ready a lot quicker that instructions say on dish wrappings last night the chicken was cooked in 20 minutes whereas the instructions said 3035 minutes so saving on electricity and meat not spoilt
