Cant say enough about this wonderful product
With the combination of damaged vertebrae and arthritis in my neck i’ve bought tons of pillows
Im hoping the quality hasnt changed in the last 4
I ordered 2 king size pillows and i have to say that based on what i received that quality is not consistent

To date there is absolutely no sign of it becoming worn out sagging or otherwise losing its shape or support like youve experienced with every other pillow youve ever owned

Unfortunately the gel cooling aspect hasnt worked for me and that was the main reason why i bought this pillow

The closest i’ve come to almost alright is one of those shredded foam pillows i had to try several brands and i recently had to modify it in order to properly support my neck and head

The cooling aspect of the pillows only cools after first contact
