Pros
The elastic and the quick clip strap makes shue it stays put. They have a snap on buckle underneath that keeps them secure.
Fits my mtd 2 stage larger size snow blower nicely. Fit my new westinghouse 2700 sprayer like a glove.
Nicely made. Looks great. Good purchase. Works well. Great machine. My only real critique.
Cons
It covers from the folded handlebars down to the front edge, but the whole back side is exposed. Wore out in no time. Now use a tarp from harbor freight.

My covered pressure washer will be under a carport so out of the rain and mostly out of the sun but i dont expect that this cover will last more than a year before it starts cracking and flaking apart
