Pros

The circulon pan is a true non-stick pan. Nothing sticks, everything cooks evenly and cleaning is as easy as can be with just a sponge and some dawn soap.

And 11 inch fryers are the perfect compromise. They make an excellent sear on meats. They're nice frying pans, and the new color was nice too.

Disperse of heat is excellent. Lightweight and the colors are very cool too. Only draw back is it takes a little longer to get up to temp.

Cons

The large pan was dented. The curve of the edge actually begins to curve outward halfway up the side of the pan. This causes pieces of food to fly outward, away from the center of movement. Another downside is the pan is textured.

Very disappointing. Major disappointment. What a waste of money" "not worth the money. Not sure why" "this criticism applies across the brand.

Tried several different temperatures and while a high temp seems to make the eggs non-stick, the side effect is that they come out rubbery. Boiling a non- stick pan in vinegar, or scrubbing with baking soda sounds like an instant warranty void to me.

Nothing against anolon or calphalon theyre good too but those boys have just been out played
