I still give it 3 stars the only difference is that i take 2 pumpssquirts 3 times a day as i find this is more beneficial at bedtime
At the standard dose 4 pumps per day it didnt help the pain nor the spasticity but for my leg spasms i have plmd it was absolutely wonderful a godsend it not only reduced the frequency of the attacks i would normally have up to 3 attacks per day lasting 23 hours each now im lucky if i even have 1 per day it also reduced the intensity
Most of the time i can now stretch my calf muscle or try to walk a few yards and the spasm will go which is a lot better than having to sit around with your leg jerking every 15 seconds for 2 hours
