Since the flat rack hangs overt the sides of the rack and fits to the walls of the pot the flat rack does not elevate the meat so high it cant be fitted into the pot

The old one i had to spend several minutes washing each of the folding blades to be sure that all slosh over or water stains were off even so the thing looks horridly stained cuz it just didnt come off well
