We have at least 20 of them running at any given time and have had zero issues with the spouts except one time where it leaked and choco company helped us fix it ourselves over the phone and still sent us a free replacement anyway

A lot of people are complaining about it not dispensing water properly

Because the bottles use suction to prevent leaking which means that you need to create air bubbles to allow the water to drop down the tube in the nozzle and into the mouth piece

There are two rubber rings one is inside of the metal nozzle tip and one is between the metal nozzle tip and the plastic nozzle to seal that joint there is also a plastic suction tube inside of the neck of the nozzle
