Pros
The cooling works really well and can help to quickly bring down your body temp. My husband works outdoors on metal roofs in humid weather which exceeds 100 degrees. He loves it and says it works great.
Cons
Customer service sends me through an eternal loop of "click the item, must click for customer service, choose the item i want to return" the company probably knows this is junk and has returns set up that way. Pointless and ineffective.
The snap to chill thing is just a gimmick imo. The original towel didn't drip water, or get your clothing really wet, it's chilling powers also lasted hours versus 5-10 minutes for this towel. It dries out super quick. Maybe it stays damp longer than ... Read More

Would have preferred a round plastic container with screw on lid rather than a carrying pouch whose zip lock closure is a hit or miss
