The rolling mechanism doesnt always roll up smoothly so you definitely have to go slow

My communication with the customer support staff at chicology went okay but it took 4 weeks to get the mounting brackets that wasnt included in one of the boxes only for it to be the wrong size

When i first had them hung one of them wouldn’t stay completely drawn rolling back up about a foot from the bottom of the window seal see pics
