Pros

The latch system is what i really was looking for since it prevents the seat to move around. The safety ratings for this brand are fantastic and it’s easy for my child to buckle himself. My four year old grandson loves this car seat.

It is easy to install and seems very comfortable. Easy to install with latch system and take less space. Easy path for shoulder strap so it does not get twisted. Child loves the cup holder.

Super easy to install and unzip the covers. Easy to install as we move it from grandma's car to grandpa's car frequently.

Cons

Plastic loop extends downward where it’s split for inserting the seat belt.

It slips out very easily and has to be reinstalled for almost every ride. It's super annoying as it means we have to fish around for the belt and get it back into the right place while getting a wriggling 5 year old secured in the car.

To put the seat in you extend the straps latch them to your car push the car seat back and pull the front hidden strap to tighten

Its safe comfortable easy and reasonably priced

It was more expensive but seems to have more cushion and padding which is great for all the long roadtrips and camping we like to do

Competitiveness

I have tried many car seats on the market from infant to booster and chicco is the best by far

Higher quality than graco seats for similar money

The headrests cant be removed or repositioned in this car so we had to pick a different car seat for a better fit the diono monterey 5ist
