Other writers/researchers in the fields of body energy and chi-kung need to take a lesson from this book. I am particularly attacted to its flexibility, which fits in with the fact that the form of chi gung is very flexible.
It revolutionizes your view of everything around you. Carnie really lays it all out for the reader. For me, it is the flowing.
