I'm 5'6 145 lbs and a small was perfect for me. Not too snug, not too loose. Pockets are very roomy and able to accommodate lots of medical supplies.

Cons

Size xs is definitely too large! The coat is all crumbled and see-through. I am 5'3/110 lbs and this coat drowned me!
