This makes stripping kale so much easier. Works well and seems to be much less dangerous than my potato peeler for gouging out rocks, eyes and rotten spots. Helps make the cilantro look like the beautiful garnish it is, as whole leaves.

Tried with rosemary, pulls off a couple leaves then gets stuck and simply breaks the stem off. This product is absolutely worthless. Stems of herbs are too fragile and break as you try to use it.

Half the time the kale rips before the entire stalk goes through. It’s best to just cut/rip the kale off the stalk.
