Pros

I sautéed some yellow onions for 6 hours, and the carmelization was wonderful. It does a good job to keep what i am cooking from scorching. Perfect for reheating soups, etc.

Love this for a real simmer option for my stove. I have a gas stove that uses propane. They are pricey, but i can now relax and leave a pot on the stove for very long simmers.

The metal is thin and prone to warping. The description of this product is very inaccurate. It was misplaced in a move.
