Love everything about this fyn to use tool. The water is awesome! The accessories are great. Opened this after xmas and used right away.

Cons

The size of the pitcher is very inconvenient to put in the freezer. This creates a very deep ledge that is difficult to get a cleaning brush or sponge to. Nothing infuses but the color.

The box was beat up and retaped. Debating whether to return it. I am embarrassed as this was a gift to my mom. I assumed everything from amazon was reputable.
