Pros & Cons
Pros
Chatfield brand of carob powder is the best i have tried so far and it is unfortunate that my local supermarket does not carry it so have to buy online. It clumps less than what i had back then, probably because of the difference in packaging.
It’s very tasty! Made a generic mocha as well yummy.
High in fiber. Helps relieves diarrhea. Good source of antioxidants. Also helps her digestive system. Sugar is 7g not 3g which is still tolerable.
Cons
This carob powder fails to dissolve in hot water. It kind of just floats around in the mug. Date on the can says it expires in 4 month.
