Perhaps a half-size smaller would correct that issue, but i don't think half sizes were an option.

I don't want to take away a star because the rain shoes meets all of my needs, but the heavy plastic odor is horrible.

Yes u can wear them with many kinds or clothes but also as a wet weather slipper.
