    About the same amount of caffeine as a strong cup of coffee so dont over do it at one sitting

    Only downside is that it does pack a bit of a calorie punch but it is still chocolate at the end of the day

    I use this for quick energy when i am rounding in the hospital so it is quicker than drinking a cup of coffee but then you are eating a bar of chocolate at like 10 in the morning so that can be weird
